We are pleased to advise that we have now completed the first phase of our first Microsoft CRM client implementation. As long term users of CRM 3.0 we already knew the benefits of Microsoft CRM, we also knew the power a flexibility of the product. So when Close Private Bank asked us to help them implement Microsoft CRM within their business we were only too pleased to help.
We have know completed the first phase of a heavily customised version of CRM for use across the businesses three offshore offices (Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey).
